Meet Pastor Harold Tolbert
Pastor Harold Tolbert is a dedicated educator, professional civil servant, and community leader with a lifelong commitment to serving others. Married for over 39 years, he and his family have raised four adult children in District 5, building deep roots and strong connections throughout the community.
With more than 30 years as CEO of World View Early Learning Center, Pastor Tolbert has worked to strengthen education and opportunity for families across the district. Guided by the principle “Principles Above Friendship,” he believes leadership should always prioritize integrity, fairness, and the needs of the people.
